I've spent some time considering what my next topic should be, and in what direction this Blog should take. My decision is, well why not see what topic pops up and take it forward from that.
So my hope is that some of you have spent a little time enjoying my meditation. I've quite a few and have been adding to them for close onto 10 years, my aim is to add 1 every month so you might enjoy and maybe benefit from by just finding some you time!
So for tonights topic I thought as with the meditation I'd roll it back 10 years or so.
Food, do we need to eat a certain diet to be a medium? Well the short answer is NO! I was asked many years ago if I was a vegetarian and the honest answer is that I'd like to be but no I'm not. My answer back then was as it is now, we are an animal and provided with the capacity to eat a varied diet and for digestive reason I actually don't have a great success with legumes so I stay away from them but if you are vegetarian, vegan or whatever my thought is to always be as natural as possible. I choose to eat, free range or organic or wild caught as much as possible for I hope that the animal has had a happy life, living a natural life, whether that be in the sea or in a paddock. I eat plenty of vegetables, drink copious amounts of green tea and enjoy the odd coffee.
I choose to use natural products as much as possible and I choose to wear natural fibres because it continues along my theme as I am a natural being so I attempt to live a natural life. I consciously choose to be this way but have been since I was young and this is how I choose to be but we each of us are entitled to live our life however we choose or circumstances dictate that we must. We should not be judge for our choices but we should try to be part of our life so one should consider the confines in which they live.
Some might suggest that eating a certain way increases their mediumistic abilities but I disagree. I think if you've been engaged within your life, if you acknowledge your light and your shadow side and you can take ownership of your life and of our choices and you have found contentment and peace, love, laughter along with tears and loss your on your way to being someone that can understand what others are living, moving or coping with and that makes you a usable commodity for spirit to engage with. I've as yet never met a person that doesn't hurt another, why because we do because we are people and whether you like it or not your going to upset somebody, you'll disappoint someone and you'll not love somebody the way they'd like you too. Why? It's not because you set out to but it's life and unfortunately we do what or should do that which we need to do or to be. We can however try to be a kind person, an honest person and be there for people. I consider that my life and my journey through my life is a most wonderful adventure and whilst I'm drawing breath I try to consider and understand why I do what I do. Why I think the way I do. Why I feel about things the way I do and I try to take the time to consider how I feel and own those feelings and not bury them where they can grow and fester. Doesn't make life easy but it does make it honest and simple.
Please if you'd like leave a comment or a question.
Again Thank You for taking the time to read my ponderings.
I hope you have a lovely week.
